If you advertise in the village magazine as a business, you get the option to advertise on this site as part of the overall cost, or just to advertise on the web site if your adverts aren't relevant to the village. The fees helps us to cover the costs of providing the site. It is not possible to advertise on this site without going via the village magazine.

The size of your advert here is determined by the size of your advert in the village magazine. We will provide your advert as one of the random selection that appear at the bottom of many areas of the village web site.

The adverts are refreshed on a quarterly basis due to the work involved in setting up the web content and the charges from the printing company (unless advertiser opt to pay the additional premium from the printers to the village magazine). Advertisements run for a minimum of one month and are removed if you decide to stop using the magazine. There are no limits on the number of page impressions we provide during this period.

Although the village magazine prints in black and white, colour adverts are avilable on this site, simply provide your colour artwork in either high resolution JPEG format or PDF format and we'll scale it to the same size as your corresponding advert in the village magazine. The printing company used by the village magazine can help in producing artwork if you do not have access to such facilities already.

Consider that with the high volume of passing visitors, not all services are applicable to everyone, for example painters and builders are more useful to local village people, whereas bed and breakfast or attractions are more interesting to visitors.
