The recreational ground is being re-vamped, to tidy it up and provide a wider range of facilities for a broader age group.

Following village consultation, the revised scheme will extend the play area towards the stream, but not signifcantly onto the main green. It features :

• Refurbishment o the current equipment and seating
• A small bicycle rack
• More seating for those who are not playing
• A pendulum swing for older children and the disabled
