Welcome to St Nicholas Church, Chawton.
We are a Christian church, and part of the Church of England. Our vision is that we should draw people to God, declare the good news of his love and grow as disciples of Christ. St Nicholas sets out to be an inclusive church, so it’s also used by the people of Chawton for weddings, funerals and baptisms, and we celebrate significant local and national events in our worship. “I do hope that you will be able to visit us — to look at the beauty of the building, to take time to pray and be still in this place hallowed by centuries of prayer or to join us in any of our regular acts of worship.” Tony Pears
