The parish council is given the opportunity to comment on all planning applications within the village.as part of the EHDC planning permission process.

We will in all cases be looking at the impact on the village and ensure that any proposed design is aligned with the village's long-term needs in mind, as part of this, we will use the village design statement (VDS) and external reference documents that EHDC use.
