Print PDF

ImageIf you like your walks, you may want to contact the Walk to Health - Selborne group.

This friendly walking group thrive on providing people with safe, sociable and enjoyable walks. They meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 10.30am in the Selborne Arms car park in Selborne.

The walk on the 2nd Wednesday of the month is described as an easy amble and is aimed at people looking for a gentle walk in and around the village. It is ideal for people who are looking to gently increase their activity levels or are returning to walking following illness or injury.

On the 4th Wednesday of the month, the walk will be longer and brisker to cater for the more able walker looking to get out and explore Selborne and the surrounding area.

Dogs are welcome on both walks as long as they are kept on a lead and are well behaved. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather conditions.

For more information, please contact Amanda Martin, one of the local walk leaders, on 01420 511691.

This new walk is part of the wider Walking to Health programme in the District which provides people with short, safe and sociable walks, for
