 Well… what an incredible end to my teaching career! I received an overwhelming array of gifts, cards and best wishes for the future from so many. My final school assembly was particularly moving as the children gave such a delightful performance. I am leaving Chawton with such fond memories and I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity and for all the amazing events arranged for my farewell which made the last few weeks so special. |

 During the recent weeks, there have been an increasing number of cases of vandalism and theft within the village.
This matter has been discussed at length with Lucy Ryan, the village constable. We have been asked to ensure that every incident is reported to the police, either via the 0845 045 45 45 number or 101 as appropriate, alternately via e-mail (click on Lucy's name above) |
